Cream 1 glass
Lemon squeeze half lemon
Salt to taste
Parsley 1 tbsp (dried)
Red stew chips ½ Tsp
New parsley or coriander leaves 1 tbsp (hacked)
Cooking
Mix the cream, stew chips, dried parsley, and salt.
Include gradually lemon squeeze and continue mixing easily and you will find that the cream will start to thicken.
Include lemon juice till it achieves a harsh stage.
Include the slashed parsley and chill.
Serve chilled over salsa and pasta.
