Chinese Fried Rice

Chinese Fried Rice is famous in Pakistan and individuals hurry to the eatery for eating these delightful rice. Let attempt this astounding formula and get a legitimate taste of rice and present with tart sauce. 


Items 


Bubbled rice 500 gm 

Salt to taste 

Cabbage 1 container 

Capsicum 1 

Carrot 1 

Green onions 1 

Onion 1 

Oil 2 tbsp 

Hacked garlic 1-2 cloves 

Beaten egg 1 

Salt to taste 

Soya sauce 2 tbsp 

Sugar 2 tbsp 

Sauce Ingredients 

Oil 2-3 tbsp 

Hacked garlic 1-2 cloves 

Seared onion 1 

Salt to taste 

Tomato ketchup 1 - 2 container 

Soya Sauce 2 tbsp 

Dark pepper 1 tsp 

White pepper 1 tsp 

Corn flour 2 tbsp 

Cooking Directions 

Bubble rice with 1 tbsp salt. 

Procedure


Cut all veggies like cabbage, capsicum, carrot, green onion and typical onion. 

Warmth oil in a dish, include slashed garlic, saute it, at that point include a whisked egg in it and break egg it into little pieces, at that point include all veggies, following 2-3 minutes include bubbled rice. 

Presently include salt, soy sauce, and sugar; hurl tenderly so everything blend. Stew on moderate warmth for 8-10 minutes.
