Meat Madras is a flavorful hamburger curry arranged with straightforward fixings, however, gets an energetic taste. Serve this brimming with season curry with bubbled rice.
Meat 250 g (little pieces)
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1 (hacked)
Green cardamoms 2
Cinnamon stick 1
Green chilies 2 (slashed)
Garlic 1 tsp (finely slashed)
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin powder 1 Tsp
Coriander powder 1 Tsp
Tomato glue 2 tbsp
Boiling water 150 ml
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Modest bunch of green coriander clears out
Ginger 2 tsp (finely slashed)
Place oil in a skillet and include onions, green cardamom and cinnamon, and sear.
At that point include the hamburger and sear for a few minutes.
At that point include the green bean stew, garlic, turmeric, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomato glue and boiling water and blend so it is uniformly blended.
Furthermore, cook for a couple of minutes until the point when the meat is legitimately cooked.
