Ingredients
Basil leaves 1 container
Green chilies 6
Garlic cloves 6
Cumin seeds (broiled) 2 Tsp
Entire coriander (broiled) 2 Tsp
Green coriander ½ cluster
Tamarind Pulp 1 container
Salt ½ tsp
Cooking
In a blender, mix basil leaves, green chilies, garlic cloves, broiled cumin seeds, cooked entire coriander, coriander leaves, tamarind mash and salt until smooth.
Chutney is prepared.
