Cut bubbled potatoes into 3D shapes.
In a blender, mixed bubbled tomatoes, garlic cloves, lemon juice, mint leaves, noshader, dark salt, salt and Kashmiri red chilies.
Put potato 3D squares and mix once more. Flavorful Aalu ki Chutney is prepared.
